How to redeem rewards？
Redeeming your rewards is easy!
To redeem your Powa Volts, first click on the Powa Rewards widget.
Then click on “Get Rewards” and choose which option you’d like to redeem.
As an added benefit, you can combine your redeemable rewards with *any other offers!
Currently, these coupon options are available with more options planned for the future.
★ 50 Powa Volts = $5 Off Coupon ★
★ 200 Powa Volts = 5% Off Coupon ★
★ 400 Powa Volts = 10% Off Coupon ★
But hurry! Once redeemed, these coupons will expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated!

▶When will Powa Volts be added to my account after placing an order?
Once you place an order, you’ll get your Powa Volts after your order has shipped.
▶Will my Powa Volts expire?
Yes, your Powa Volts will expire after 365 days. But we’ll notify you 30 days prior to the expiration of your Powa Volts.
▶Will I receive an email notification after earning Powa Volts or redeeming rewards?
Yes, you will receive an email upon earning Powa Volts and/or redeeming rewards.
▶How do I track my activity?
Simply go to Your Powa Volts section in the Powa Rewards widget to view all activities.
▶Will my Powa Volts earned from the order be removed if my order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded?
Cancellation: All Powa Volts accrued will be reversed immediately.
Refunds: All Powa Volts accrued will be reversed immediately.
Partial Refunds: The Powa Volts associated with the amount refunded will be reversed immediately.
*Please note: it may be necessary to reverse all applicable Powa Volts at first, but you will receive the correct amount of Powa Volts within 2 business days.
▶If an order (which used the redeemed coupon) is cancelled, will the Powa Volts that I used for the redemption be returned to my account?
No, because you already redeemed the coupon. Additionally, the coupon you used cannot be used again.
